" For the love of Food" sums up my business in a sentence. Not only do I enjoy cooking, the quality of the ingredients, supporting local businesses, eco friendly packaging for my dishes, these all play an equally important role.
Being a British born Lankan chef, I had the privilege to grow up in Sri Lanka and be heavily influenced by my mother's cooking and food choices. Everything from curry powder to Briyani paste was made at hone. Mum taught me to not only cook amazing Lankan food but also showed me how to choose my ingredients.
I now have the pleasure to share my culinary experiences with everyone by cooking authentic Sri Lankan cuisine the way it was back at home. It's definitelya love affair with food.

Me and my chefs prepare our own curry mixes and powders from scratch daily, so everything is fresh and handmade, ensuring the quality of the authentic taste. If you ever travelled to Sri Lanka, the aroma of our dishes will take you right back.
